SERVICES

Independence by Design provides interior design consultation, supportive living design recommendations, space planning, renderings, design concepts, educational resources, and related design services.

All recommendations, concepts, and design guidance provided by Independence by Design are advisory in nature and do not constitute architectural, engineering, medical, legal, or contractor services.

CONSULTATIONS & DESIGN SERVICES

Consultation services are intended to provide professional guidance, recommendations, and design direction based on the information provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of measurements, site information, and project details supplied during the design process.

PAYMENTS

All consultation fees are due at the time of booking.

Design package fees and project payments are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Failure to make required payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of the project.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Discovery Consultations and Concept Review Consultations may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited and may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, guides, resources, templates, and downloadable materials are intended for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Digital products may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, shared, resold, licensed, or transferred without written permission from Independence by Design.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Design concepts

  • Renderings & Floor plans

  • Graphics & Images

  • Educational resources

  • Digital products

  • Website content

  • Written materials

remain the intellectual property of Independence by Design unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Contractor performance

  • Product availability

  • Product defects

  • Construction outcomes

  • Installation errors

  • Project delays caused by third parties

  • Decisions made by vendors, contractors, manufacturers, or suppliers

Clients are responsible for verifying all measurements and consulting qualified professionals when required.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or accessibility of the website.
